The Nest is not responsible for lost, returned, or stolen packages - if you would like special shipping please email us before you order. Once an item shows delivered with our tracking system you must contact your post office to find lost or stolen packages.

Orders are typically filled within 24 hours on business days. Items are then shipped within 48 hours under normal circumstances.
